How to Participate

The auction is online only and runs from September 28 at 12 PM ET through October 2. See individual auction listings for specific end times..

A $1.50 registration fee is required to participate in the auction and is non refundable.

Payment Information

For winning bids under $5,000, payment will be automatically captured from the winning bidder’s authorized payment method when the auction ends or is manually ended by the merchant.

For winning bids over $5,000, an invoice will be issued. Winning bidders must complete payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in suspension of the bidder’s Fiesta Factory Direct account and restriction from participating in future auctions.

If payment for a winning bid cannot be processed, the winning bid will be canceled and the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Auction items will ship free of charge or can be picked up during the celebration if winner is in attendance and shows proof of winning.

Giving Back

A portion of the auction proceeds will benefit the Museum of Ceramics and the Upper Ohio Valley Museum at the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame.
