Breakage Submissions

If your shipment arrives clearly damaged, please make a note on the receipt that your courier requires you to sign. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage.

Complete the form below with your original purchase invoice and good quality pictures if the order is damaged to begin the process. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • 1) all broken/damaged items
  • 2) any carton damage
  • 2) evidence of poor packing
  • 3) packing material damage
  • 4) packing list
