Shipping to a PO Box:
- Shipping will take an extra 4 - 7 business days when shipping to a PO Box.
When it needs to be there the next business day:
Priority shipping is not currently available
- FedEx International Priority®. Delivery in 3-4 business days to most areas.
- FedEx International Economy®. Delivery in 5-8 business days to most areas.
- Customer is responsible for customs/duties fees not included in international shipping costs.

The order cut off time is 2pm Eastern Time Zone. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time Zone will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped you can expect delivery in 3 to 5 business days for standard ground shipping.

Handling Fee
Effective August 14, 2018, fiestafactorydirect.com has imposed a $4.95 Handling Fee, on all website and phone orders. This fee applies to all orders, including those eligible for free shipping. The handling fee will not be applied to returns/replacement orders.
The handling fee is necessary due to the continually rising costs of handling and packaging materials; to help us provide the best delivery experience for our customers.
