Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FiestaFactoryDirect.com purchase. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, you can contact us or follow the directions below within 60 days of the date of purchase to make a refund or exchange.

Can I return retired items?

No, all sales are final on retired items, no returns, exchanges or refunds.

If you need to make a return, please repack your order, include your order number and the reason for your return, insure the package, and send it to:

Your order number must be inside the return. We will refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged. If you would like to exchange for something different, please include in the box exactly what you would like to exchange for.

    Damage in Transit or Defective Product:

    If your package appears damaged, or upon opening carton if you find the items to be damaged, please send an email and photo of the broken or defective item(s) to email or click herefor immediate replacement or refund. We will arrange a return or ask you to destroy – please do not discard packaging materials. You will not be charged for returning a damaged carton. You must contact us within 60 days of the delivery date.
