How do I make a return?
You can contact us by email ( customerservice@fiestafactorydirect.com). When you contact us, please let us know the reason for your return so we can better serve you. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return items for exchange or refund. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

How soon can I expect my shipment?
We ship all orders by FedEx, you can expect your order 4 to 6 days from the date of shipment.

How soon is an out of stock available?
Our factory manufactures Fiesta® continuously based on most requested items and colors. Most out of stock items are usually replenished within 4 to 7 weeks.
