Is your site secure?

How do I make a return? 

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

You can contact us by phone (1-800-452-4462 - Menu Option #1) or by email ( customerservice@fiestafactorydirect.com). When you contact us, please let us know the reason for your return so we can better serve you in the future. You have 60 days from date of purchase to return items for exchange or refund.

Please repack your order, include your order number and the reason for your return, insure the package, and send it to:

How soon can I expect my shipment?

We ship all orders by FedEx. If you choose FedEx Ground, you can expect your order 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment.
All expedited orders (FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day), will reach you by the chosen guaranteed FedEx shipping method.

Below are the estimated Shipping times for fiestafactorydirect.com. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email from FedEx. Shipping times are business days. The order cut off time is 2pm Eastern Time Zone. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time Zone will be processed the next business day (this also includes expedited shipping methods). Once your order has shipped you can expect delivery in 2 to 5 business days for standard ground shipping.
Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays).

How soon is an out of stock available?

Our factory manufactures Fiesta® continuously based on most requested items and colors. Most out of stock items are usually replenished within 2 to 4 weeks.
