• The tour takes approximately one hour to complete.
• The tour route includes stair climbing, walking in noisy areas, and on uneven surfaces.
• For safety you must wear flat closed-toe shoes.
• No children under the age of 10 are permitted.

• You are required to walk up to 1.5 miles without the assistance of canes, wheelchairs, or walkers.
• We are unable to accommodate oxygen tanks or any flammable materials in the production areas.
• Factory tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen operational issues at the plant.

The factory tour includes The Fiesta Tableware Company Museum. The museum showcases 150 plus years of pottery made by the Fiesta Tableware Company.
