Made in the USA, line modeled after mid-1900s design brings modern-edge Americana to home decor

Newell, W.Va.—(FEBRUARY, 2010)— America’s Diner/Bistro Collection is the latest line of retail dinnerware being launched by The Homer Laughlin China Company™ (makers of the iconic brand of Fiesta® Dinnerware). America’s Diner/Bistro is the original historic pattern made by The Homer Laughlin China Company™ for restaurants and diners in the mid-1900s. For the first time ever, a modified version of the durable ware, to coordinate with Fiesta® colors, will be available direct to consumers.

With its Bohemian-style capability, America’s Diner/Bistro proves to be a stunning addition to any home decor as a stand-alone line or as a perfect complement to Fiesta® Dinnerware. It has unlimited mix and match capability for the eclectic style that many people gravitate toward.
 
Tapping in to the new age retro ambiance achieved by many young trendsetters, The Homer Laughlin China Company™ combines the vintage American styling of the 40s and 50s with a modern twist -- fully at home in either a city loft or traditional suburban home.

An industrial professional-quality rolled edge ivory bodied framework is decorated with either a retro double band or checked pattern along the deep-welled rim. Eventually, the line will be available in a full range of colors, including:

However, America’s Diner/Bistro first will be available in Scarlet and Cobalt; in larger stores it will also be available in Chocolate and Turquoise.
